Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

Join our My TELUS Login and Registration squad as an Intermediate Visual/Interaction Designer. The squad consists of dedicated team members (with a Product Owner, Developers, and QAs). Collectively, we own the customer-facing login and registration experiences while considering E2E experiences across both web (desktop and mobile) and mobile app. In this role, you will:

  • Work with your squad to discover business requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Build experiences that are innovative, intuitive, accessible and secure while using data to validate and iterate your designs

You're the missing piece of the puzzle


  • Actively engaged in conversations relating to user experience and visual design solutions
  • Consistently driving improvements in customer experience
  • Ability to identify issues and gaps that are not within defined scope
  • Has working knowledge of interaction design fundamentals
  • Ability to ask and articulate why solutions are designed in specific ways for customers
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others to design solutions
  • Demonstrates ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Full understanding of the design process and design language at TELUS
  • Effectively designs for digital medium and applies TELUS digital’s design guidelines
  • Works easily within TELUS brand parameters
